Is Soldo a business bank account?
No. Soldo provides additional spend management features that work alongside your business bank account, instead of replacing it. You can use your Soldo cards to separate staff spending from your main company funds, as well as accessing powerful new features that aren’t available with a traditional business bank account.
How much does Soldo cost?
It depends on the plan you choose: Soldo Pro costs £6 per card per month, and Soldo Premium costs £10 per card per month. For all plans, there’s a £5 card issuance fee for each physical Soldo card you order (virtual cards cost £1 to issue, if you only need to make online purchases).
We don’t charge any fees for domestic transactions. The amount of money you allocate to a wallet is exactly the same as the maximum amount the cardholder can spend.
Depositing funds to your Soldo account from a domestic bank account and transferring funds from the admin console are free and instantaneous.
In which countries is Soldo available?
Soldo is available in English, Italian, German, French, Spanish and Dutch, supporting businesses across the EU27 and the United Kingdom.
Does Soldo have a dedicated IBAN and is it easy to top-up?
Soldo accounts come with a dedicated IBAN (sort code and account number) which enables free and instantaneous deposits to your Soldo account from a domestic bank account.
Soldo only supports country-specific IBANs in the UK and Italy at this time.
What kinds of businesses are right for Soldo?
From sole traders to large corporates (and everything in between), we have a plan that’s perfect for you.
Pro features a complete expense and automatic bank feed integration with Sage, Xero and QuickBooks Online . This plan also includes the ability to manage up to 20 plastic and virtual cards, which is why we think it offers excellent value for small and growing teams.
Premium is an advanced plan, with all the features of Soldo Pro but also extended reporting and permissions/roles. Soldo Premium also makes it easy to manage company-level expenses such as online advertising costs and software subscriptions (and many more) using non-nominative cards.
Enterprise comes with all the flexibility large-scale operations need, with the ability to connect to back-end systems through the Soldo API. Soldo Enterprise also features tailored support and custom onboarding – making it easier to get going and stay running in more complex environments.
Is it possible to make bank transfers?
It is currently only possible to withdraw funds to banks accounts in the account holder’s name.
Are there additional fees?
You can discover all Soldo fees here.
