Soldo Summer 2026 is live. We have nine new features built around one simple idea: help finance manage itself, so you can manage the business. Receipts that collect themselves. Mileage that validates itself. Reports that send themselves. SAP Concur and Soldo, talking to each other seamlessly. And when someone has a question, an AI assistant that answers it without a support ticket.

Welcome to Frictionless Finance.

Why this matters now

If finance is too slow, people work around it. Soldo’s 2026 Productivity at Work report found something most finance leaders already suspect: 60% of employees bend the rules to access company money. 29% say finance processes have slowed their work. 27% have bought tools without approval.

Spending without governance creates shadow spend. But governance without speed creates workarounds. In 2026, you need both governance at speed.

The summer 2026 product launch gives you both, so here’s what’s new and what it means for you.

Ask Soldo AI — Help that doesn’t need a ticket

Most enterprise AI looks great in a sales demo and gets ignored in real workflows. Ask Soldo AI is different.

It lives inside Soldo. You ask a question. It answers — in context, in seconds. No tabs. No tickets. No waiting on the help desk. What you get: New users self-serve through their first week. Experienced users find the answer they need without hunting through docs. Finance teams stop being the help desk for every Soldo question in the company.

Soldo and SAP Concur: Working together seamlessly.

If your organisation runs travel and expense through SAP Concur, you’ve lived with a gap. Approval happens in Concur. Spend happens on employee’s cards. Reconciliation happens in a spreadsheet between them. Two new integrations close that gap.

Concur Travel Sync

What you get: When a Concur travel request gets approved, the funds unlock automatically inside Soldo. Travellers spend on a Soldo card instead of their own, and Finance sees one workflow instead of two.

Concur Expense Sync

What you get: Soldo transactions sync to Concur every day. Employees get real-time receipt prompts on their phone. Reconciliation moves from monthly fire-drill to continuous flow.

Together, they turn Concur and Soldo into one connected system for frictionless T&E.

Auto Block: Policy that enforces itself

Receipt chasing is the possibly the worst tax on the finance team. Even with automated reminders in the Soldo platform, people can ignore it. Then it’s month-end and you’re once again stuck chasing receipts.

Auto Block ends the chase.

When a user falls behind on receipts or transaction details, their card is automatically blocked. The moment they upload what’s missing, the card unblocks. No emails. No manual intervention. No exceptions.

What you get: Receipt-collection rates climb without finance lifting a finger. Compliance becomes enforceable at scale. Audit-readiness gets baked in instead of bolted on. You can still exclude critical users when needed, so it scales without breaking anyone’s week.

Reports on Autopilot: Get hours back, every month

If your team is running the same report every month and emailing it to the same five people, that’s hours you could spend on actual analysis. Reports on Autopilot does the running and the emailing for you.

What you get: Configure a report once. Set the schedule, the filters, the format, the recipients. It runs, sends, and logs it so you can go do something else with your Monday morning.

The everyday wins

Sometimes, the most valuable improvements aren’t the biggest ones. They’re the ones people use every day.

Snap & Submit

What you get: Photograph a receipt. The form pre-fills itself via OCR. Duplicates get caught before submission. Out-of-pocket claims stop being the worst 10 minutes of someone’s day.

Drive & Done

What you get: Mileage claims through Google Maps. Routes validate automatically, and the shortest-route policy enforces itself. Field-heavy teams (sales, construction, social care) can say goodbye to the mileage admin tax.

One-Tap Receipts

What you get: Open the Soldo app. Tap the camera. Snap the receipt. Soldo auto-matches it to the transaction. Compliance at the point of spend, before anyone has a chance to forget.

Trip-Aware Controls

What you get: Different trips require different controls. A executive level offsite is not the same as a sales trip. And now  your spend rules can adapt to the trip type. Your travel-management system fields flow through to Soldo.

What this means for you and your team

Different roles get different value out of Summer 2026.

If you’re a CFO or finance leader

Summer 2026 gives you governance that runs at the speed of the business. Granular policy controls, improved visibility, and more connected workflows give you less risk, less manual work, and more decisions made on accurate data.

If you’re in finance ops or accounting

Compliance Block ends the receipt chase. Reports on Autopilot ends the monthly export ritual. Concur Expense Sync ends the daily reconciliation tax. Your month-end gets shorter; your evenings get longer.

If you’re in IT or finance transformation

Concur Travel Sync and Concur Expense Sync are the headline. Two integration improvements in one workflow. And Ask Soldo AI is the adoption layer that gets the rest of the platform actually used.

If you’re an everyday user

Less paperwork, less admin, less time spent on the stuff you didn’t sign up to do. Snap. Submit. Done.
