What is meant by “Participant” or “You”: Current Soldo customers with no subscriptions and/or recurring payments set up in their Soldo account the day before the campaign.
Eligibility:
This invitation is valid only to legal residents of the United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, , and other EEA countries, who are eighteen (18) or older at the time of Entry, and who have received an email and/or presented a banner in the web console inviting them to use the Subscription Cards feature.
Participation constitutes Participant’s’ full and unconditional agreement to these T&Cs and the Promoter’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Subscriptions Campaign.
How to participate:
In order to participate in the Subscriptions Campaign, the Participant must: (i) open the email sent by Soldo about the Subscriptions Campaign, click on its call- to- action button or the call-to-action button on the web console banner, and (ii) set up at least 1 subscription card in the following 7 days to win a £50 or €50 Amazon voucher card in exchange. (“Entry”).
Participant Information:
All personal data shared by the Participants will be collected and processed in accordance with Soldo’s privacy statement available at: https://www.soldo.com/en-gb/privacy-policies/
By entering the Subscriptions Campaign, Participants acknowledge and accept that the personal data shared by them may be used in other materials related to the Subscriptions Campaign.; This includes, but is not limited to, case studies that could be published on Soldo’s website, as well as other print and online media. No personal information will be made public without the Participant’s prior knowledge or approval.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incomplete or incorrect Entry which will prevent the Participant from being included in the Subscriptions Campaign.
Timing:
Submission of entries opens on the 20th of November of 2023. Entries received by the Promoter before the Opening Date will not be accepted. Soldo reserves the right to modify or suspend the Soldo Subscriptions Campaign at any moment and for any reason, at its sole discretion.
Soldo Subscriptions Campaign Rules:
Participant’s Soldo account must be active.
Participant’s Soldo account mustn’t have subscriptions and/or recurring payments set up on the Soldo cards connected to their Soldo account on the day before the Opening date.
Participant needs to use at least 1 subscription card in the 7 days after receiving the email invitation, which means a subscription card needs to be created and a recurring payment needs to be set up on it.
Each Participant that matches the criteria sets in this section will receive 1 Amazon voucher of £50 or €50 (the “Reward”) as long as they have set up 1 or more subscription cards.
Only 1 Amazon voucher will be given per account that matches the criteria, not per user.
The first 20 UK Participants and the first 20 EEA Participants to meet the criteria will receive the Reward, depending on when they have met the criteria..
General Conditions:
By participating, You agree:
(a) to abide by these T&Cs and decisions made by Soldo, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Subscription Campaign;
(b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Soldo, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the foregoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Your participation in the Soldo Subscriptions Campaign or any related activity.
(c) not to release any publicity or other materials on your own or through someone else regarding participation in the Subscription Campaign without the prior consent of Soldo.
(d) that Released Parties are not responsible for any errors or difficulties of any kind or otherwise relating to this Subscription Campaign, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Subscription Campaign.
Governing Law/Jurisdiction:
All issues and questions concerning these T&Cs or the rights and obligations of participants or Soldo in connection with this Subscription Campaign shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without giving any effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Severability: If any provision(s) of these T&Cs are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
For all other matters not expressly regulated in these T&Cs, the rules contained in the Soldo Terms and Conditions (https://www.soldo.com/en-gb/terms-conditions/) shall apply.
