What is meant by “Partner” or “You”: Partner is an accountant or bookkeeper partner who (i) has received an email from Soldo with the invitation to participate in Soldo’s updated Partner Program and (ii) has decided to apply for the Partner Program.
This invitation is valid only to legal residents of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland who are eighteen (18) or older at the time of Entry, and who have an email from Soldo with the invitation to participate in Soldo’s updated accountant partner program (“Partner Program”) and have decided to apply and register on Soldo website filling out the specific form used. The invitation is open to one account only and Partners with multiple emails or social accounts can take part only once.
Participation constitutes Partner’s full and unconditional agreement to these T&Cs and Promoter’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Partner Program.
How to participate:
In order to enter the Partner Program, the Partner must apply and register on Soldo website filling out the specific form or have been already a participant in a previous Soldo Partner Program (“Entry”).
All personal data shared by the entrants will be collected and processed in accordance with Soldo’s privacy statement available at: https://www.soldo.com/en-gb/privacy-policies/.
By entering the Partner Program, Partners acknowledge and accept that the personal data shared by the Partners may be used in other materials related to the Partner Program; this includes but is not limited to case studies that could be published on Soldo’s website, as well as the other print and online media. No personal information will be made public without the Partner’s prior knowledge or approval.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incomplete or incorrect Entry which will prevent the Partner from being included in the Partner Program.
Submission of entries opens on 13/09/2023. Entries received by the Promoter before the Opening Date will not be accepted. Soldo reserves the right to modify or suspend the Partner Program in any moment and for any reason, at its sole discretion.
Acceptance for the Partner Program:
Soldo will evaluate the request of participation received from a Partner.
Once the request is approved, the Partner will receive for free a Soldo Premium subscription for 12 months (“Free Period”). Soldo’s decision on approving or rejecting the request of participation is final and cannot be appealed in any way. The discount will apply on the minimum subscription fee according to Soldo standard list price.
Partner Program Rules:
At the end of the Free Period, every 12 months the Partner will receive a free Soldo Premium subscription for a new period of 12 months if, in the previous 12 months (“Referral Period”), at least 5 new clients (“New Clients Threshold”) have opened an account with Soldo (“New Soldo Account”), using a unique link / discount code provided by the Partner, and have made at least one transaction on the New Soldo Account. The Partner Program will roll thereafter until discontinuation by Soldo. The discount will apply on the minimum subscription fee according to Soldo standard list price. If during the Referral Period the New Clients Threshold is not reached, Soldo reserves the right to charge the Partner for the following subscription on a monthly basis at the standard list price by giving 30 days’ notice.
Partners can invite their clients to open an account with Soldo with a unique link/discount code (“Code”). Using the Code, the New Client can open an account with Soldo, after relevant checks and final and unappealable approval by Soldo, with a 30% discount for the first 12 months starting on the day when the New Soldo Account is opened (“Discount Period”) on Pro or Premium subscription. The discount will apply on the minimum subscription fee according to Soldo standard list price. At the end of the Discount Period, Soldo will apply to the New Client the standard list price at the current time on a monthly basis.
The Code is unique for each Partner and it can be only used by Partner’s clients. The Code is nominal and cannot be transferred.
By participating, You agree:
(a) to abide by these T&Cs and decisions of Soldo, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Partner Program;
(b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Soldo, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the foregoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Your participation in the Partner Program or any related activity.
(c)not to release any publicity or other materials on your own or through someone else regarding participation in the Partner Program without the prior consent of Soldo.
(d) that Released Parties are not responsible for any errors or difficulties of any kind or otherwise relating to the Partner Program, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Partner Program.
All issues and questions concerning these T&Cs or the rights and obligations of participants or Soldo in connection with the Partner Program shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without giving any effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Severability: If any provision(s) of these T&Cs are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
