We are transforming operations and redesigning our product aiming at environmental impact by:
- Supporting flexible work
- Promoting sustainable travel and low-carbon alternatives (with a cycle to work scheme in the UK and Ireland)
- Transitioning facilities to renewable energy and adopting green practices like plastic-free offices
- Partnering with cloud providers using renewables and strong environmental credentials
- Using recyclable materials in products like plastic cards and packaging
Carbon Footprint Project: Now in its fourth year, our programme is focused on measuring our operational carbon footprint and reducing our CO₂ emissions.
In 2024, we assessed Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas emissions under the Greenhouse Gas Protocol, supported by independent consultants for accuracy and accountability.
The 2024 operational footprint totalled 2,124 CO₂ tons, with Scope 1 and 2 accounting for less than 2% of the total.
Declaration
Emissions have been reported and recorded in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the GHG Reporting Protocol corporate standard and use the appropriate Government emission conversion factors for greenhouse gas company reporting.
Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions have been reported in accordance with SECR requirements, and the required subset of Scope 3 emissions have been reported in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard.

We are proud to support gender equality through “SWIFT”, a cross-country initiative promoting the representation of women in Fintech launched in 2023. The network highlights women’s achievements, provides a platform for dialogue, fostering collaboration to help build a more inclusive industry.
