Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know.

Can I make bank transfers directly from Soldo?

Yes. You can reimburse employees, pay suppliers, or move funds to your company bank account — all directly from the Soldo console.

Who can make a bank transfer in Soldo?

By default, Super Admins can add payees and make transfers. With Bank Transfer Access, you can delegate these responsibilities to other team members with clear rules and limits.

What types of use cases does this support?

Common examples include paying suppliers quickly, reimbursing out-of-pocket employee expenses, or reallocating unused funds back to your company account.

Can I track bank transfers alongside card spend?

Absolutely. Bank transfers appear in your transaction reports, right next to card payments, giving Finance a single view of all company spending.

What does Bank Transfer Access allow me to do?

It lets you safely delegate transfer permissions to team members. You decide who can pay, which suppliers they can pay, and the limits per transaction.
