She was previously CEO of Payment Services in the e-commerce division of Nets (Nexi Group) and CEO of Contis Group (now part of Solarisbank). Flavia also spent 14 years at American Express, including as GM of Merchant Services in Italy. A strong advocate for inclusive leadership, Flavia promotes mentorship and champions women in tech.
