He was co-founder and CTO of Gioco Digitale, Italy’s first online gaming platform, which Bwin later acquired. Carlo has also held senior roles at Telecom Italia, Lottomatica and Trenitalia, where he led large-scale software and architecture transformation.     His expertise spans agile development, cloud-first architecture and resilient platform design. Carlo is passionate about building high-performing engineering teams and mentoring early-stage tech startups.
