Terms & Conditions for the ‘50% Off for 12 months’ Campaign.

Promoter:

Soldo Software Ltd, (company No. 09233754), registered address 119 Marylebone Road, C/O WeWork, London NW1 5PU, England (“Soldo” or “Promoter”).

What is meant by “Participant” or “You”: The participant is who (i) accesses the webpage with the offer related to the ‘50% Off for 12 months’ Campaign and (ii) has decided to participate in the ‘50% Off for 12 months’ Campaign.

Eligibility:  

This invitation is valid only to legal residents of the United Kingdom, Ireland, or Italy who are eighteen (18) or older at the time of Entry, have accessed the webpage with the offer related to the ‘50% Off for 12 months’ Campaign and have decided to participate in the ‘50% Off for 12 months’ Campaign.

Participation constitutes the Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these T&Cs and the Promoter’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the ‘50% Off for 12 months’ Campaign.

How to participate: 

In order to participate in the ‘50% Off for 12 months’ Campaign, the Participant must register on the Soldo website and open a Soldo account (“Entry”). 

The Participant’s Information: 

All personal data shared by the Participant will be collected and processed in accordance with Soldo’s privacy statement available at: https://www.soldo.com/en-gb/privacy-policies/

By entering the ‘50% Off for 12 months’ Campaign, the Participant acknowledges and accepts that the personal data shared by them may be used in other materials related to the ‘50% Off for 12 months’ Campaign; this includes but is not limited to case studies that could be published on Soldo’s website, as well as other print and online media. No personal information will be made public without the Participant’s prior knowledge or approval.

The Promoter is not responsible for any incomplete or incorrect Entry which will prevent the Participant from being included in the ‘50% Off for 12 months’ Campaign.

Timing:   

Submission of entries opens on October 1st, 2023 (“Opening Date”). Entries received by the Promoter before the Opening Date will not be accepted. Soldo reserves the right to modify or suspend the ‘50% Off for 12 months’ Campaign in any moment and for any reason, at its sole discretion.

Soldo ‘50% Off for 12 months’ Campaign Rules:

• Soldo offers to new clients the opportunity to subscribe to Pro and Premium plans with a 50% discount for the first 12 months of service (“Discount”).
• This offer is available to Soldo new customers only. This means You must never have had a Soldo account.
• The Discount applies only to the first 12 months of service, starting on the day when Your Soldo account is opened.
• After the initial 12 months, Soldo will apply the standard list price at the current time on a monthly basis.
• The Discount will be applied monthly, reducing the standard monthly fee by 50%.
• The ‘50% Off for 12 months’ Campaign cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount unless explicitly stated.
• The Discount applies only on Pro and Premium plans.
• The Discount applies to Soldo’s software fees and not to Soldo’s fees for financial services.
• Standard Soldo eligibility criteria apply.

General Conditions: 
 
By participating, You agree:   

1. to abide by these T&Cs and decisions of Soldo, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this ‘50 % Off for 12 months’ Campaign;
2. to release, discharge and hold harmless Soldo, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the foregoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Your participation in the ‘50% Off for 12 months’ Campaign or any related activity.
3. not to release any publicity or other materials on your own or through someone else regarding participation in the ‘50% Off for 12 months’ Campaign without the prior consent of Soldo.
4. that Released Parties are not responsible for any errors or difficulties of any kind or otherwise relating to the ‘50% Off for 12 months’ Campaign, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the ‘50% Off for 12 months’ Campaign.

Governing Law/Jurisdiction:  

All issues and questions concerning these T&Cs or the rights and obligations of participants or Soldo in connection with the ‘50% Off for 12 months’ Campaign shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without giving any effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.  Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.  

Severability:

If any provision(s) of these T&Cs are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
